Network Installation

Real IT Care takes a CIO’s perspective to our Network Installation service.  Our goal is to minimize complexity while utilizing industry-proven solutions to ensure your network is highly secure and available to avoid costly downtime. While there are situations when complexity is required in order to meet project requirements, this is the exception, rather the rule.  Real IT Care’s network installation methodology utilizes the industry’s best practices so you can be assured your network will be properly planned and secured, as well as easily managed after installation.

Every technician employed by Real IT Care holds at least one Microsoft Certification which are highly regarded accreditations earned by passing rigorous Microsoft exams, making us proven, industry-recognized experts in our field.

Depending upon your system requirements and service needs, Real IT Care can provide you with part or all of the following network installation services:

  • LAN (Local Area Network)/WAN (Wide Area Network) design and engineering, including servers, routers, firewalls, switches, cabling systems, and wireless access
  • Installation and support of network operating systems, such as Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2008 R2
  • Installation and configuration of workstations, laptops, tablets, and phones to access the corporate network, including Microsoft, Apple, and Android products
  • Installation and configuration of network backup systems and offsite storage
  • Operating systems patch installation and management to ensure up-to-date security practices
  • Sharing of network resources such as printers, copiers, and folders
  • Customized design for network folder structure to enable users to quickly find the data they need while ensuring the proper security design is enforced

  • Certification that network cabling systems are at current EIA/TIA Standards
  • Support and troubleshooting of servers, workstations, and software
  • Installation and support of applications and business software, including but not limited to QuickBooks, Peachtree (Sage 50), Great Plains, CRM, and ERP solutions
